Mosel
Overview
The Mosel region runs along the path of the eponymous river, starting at its confluence with Rhine around Koblenz and then continuing southwest towards Germany’s border with Luxembourg and France. Mosel is Germany’s third largest wine region, by area, and includes the sub regions Saar and Ruwer, named after the Mosel river’s tributaries.
