Crozes-Hermitage
Overview
Crozes-Hermitage is found on the left bank of the Rhone, to the north, south, and east of the village of Tain l’Hermitage. This is the largest northern Rhone appellation and stretches across 11 communes. The appellation was created in 1937, and in 1952 was increased to its current size.
