Les Suchots is the largest Premier Cru vineyard in Vosne-Romanee and located in the north of the commune where it borders Echezeaux Grand Cru to the north and the Grand Crus of Romanee-Saint-Vivant and Richebourg to the south. With a gentle easterly aspect and clay-marl soils, the wines from here are perfumed and structured, and the vineyard is considered by many to be a prime candidate for Grand Cru status.
