6.42ha. Clos Saint-Denis Is the vineyard that gives its name to the village the best in the commune? Many may argue not but with the wealth of Grand Cru vineyards dominating Morey it is rather a moot point.

Surrounding the centre of the village and set between Clos de al la Roche and Clos des Lambrays, there is no doubt of its quality among the star Grand Crus of Burgundy. Perhaps shadowed by Clos de la Roche the wines are more elegant and perfumed but no less profound, in the hands of famed growers such as Lignier, Dujac, Ponsot, Bertagna, Arlaud and Jadot, Clos Saint-Denis can really shine.
