Alain Voegeli

Alain Voegeli took over the 2.5-hectare estate, in 1982, from his grandmother, Suzanne Servoz. This very small Gevrey estate produce only one wine, a village Gevrey-Chambertin, which is sourced from two plots, the 1.7 hectare Le Clos plot close to the centre of the village, and the 0.65 hectare Le Billard plot lying closer to the estate. The wine is traditional Gevrey in its pure-fruited expression with characteristic firm structure and good acidity.
