Agrapart

Based in Avize in the heart of Cote de Blancs, grower-producer, Pascal Agrapart, has overseen the family vineyards and farm since 1985. 12 hectares of land are divided in over 70 parcels and spread over mainly Grand Cru villages in the Cote de Blancs including Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, but also with a couple of hectares in premier cru villages.

90% of the land is planted with Chardonnay and 10% with Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims. Agrapart believes strongly in soil health and cultivation and is strongly against use of herbicides and use of any machinery which might result in soil compaction.  These are arguably some of the finest wines made in Champagne, combining power with elegance and precision, and with pillowy velvety textures. Dosage levels are always kept low, below 5 grams.
